LUCARI DESIGN ® is a small team of 9 experienced people all with a passion for Defenders.

We break the mould of mainstream motor trade; we design and build vehicles to suit your lifestyle and do not simply buy and sell cars…

LUCARI DESIGN ® and Our sister company LUCARI SOLUTIONS ® share the same premises in Rye, East Sussex which consists of 14,000sq feet of Land Rover heaven from our in-house trim shop to our parts storage that contains almost any accessory you can think of.

LUCARI SOLUTIONS ® was founded in 2011 and over the years we have produced a large quantity of accessories, primarily interiors for Defenders. We would often build demonstration vehicles to showcase our work and found that the whole process from initial design ideas through to completion resulted in a real excitement for everyone involved. It quickly came to our attention that our passion for designing and creating unique Defenders was also shared by others and as a result in 2017 LUCARI DESIGN® was created. With the aim to produce unique vehicles for clients who have a desire to have a vehicle built exactly how they want it.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER;

Complete vehicles – We try to keep 4-5 Defenders in stock that are built and ready to drive away. This does not mean that you need to settle, if it is not the colour you wanted or you had your heart set on a particular interior, we can use it a base vehicle to create your dream Defender.

Finding the right Donor Defender- Searching for the right Defender online can sometimes feel like a minefield. We are always happy to offer advice even if it’s just to give a second opinion and what to look out for. In addition, we can source vehicles for you if you would rather not go through the process of buying a used Defender yourself.

LUCARI® build on your Defender- If you already have a Defender then do you need to change it? Have you considered giving it a new lease of life with LUCARI®?

Commercial branding –We are happy to arrange vehicle graphics and even colour changes to your company colours… you can’t get a much cooler work truck!

Inspiration – You might know exactly what you want and all that is needed is for us to make it a reality or like most of us you have an idea of what you would like but would like someone to assist with brain storming some ideas and coming up with a design if so why not get in touch and talk Land Rovers!
